Returns & Refund Policy – WAWA Lights
At WAWA Lights, customer satisfaction is our priority. We proudly provide high-quality LED lighting products and stand behind every order we ship. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process simple and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To begin the return process, please contact our support team by email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note:

Returns sent without an approved RMA number may not be accepted.
Products should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Returned items must be properly packed to avoid shipping damage during transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or you receive the wrong product, please notify WAWA Lights within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your claim quickly:

Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Contact our support team with your order details.
Our team will review the issue and provide return instructions.
If the issue was caused by our error, WAWA Lights will provide a prepaid return shipping label and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds
After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds are completed within:

5–7 business days for shipping transit
3–5 business days for inspection and processing
Additional bank processing time if applicable
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our mistake.

Exchanges & Store Credit
Customers may choose:

A replacement product
Store credit
A refund (if eligible)
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns related to customer preference, ordering mistakes, or non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for returned packages, as WAWA Lights is not responsible for items damaged during return transit.

Warranty Claims
Products covered under warranty may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of WAWA Lights.

For warranty service:

The customer may be required to return the original product for inspection.
Return shipping costs for warranty claims after 30 days may be the customer’s responsibility.
Replacement products will be shipped once the warranty claim is approved.
If the original product is discontinued or unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement product.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for:

Returns submitted outside the standard return period
Products returned without original packaging
Opened or used items that cannot be resold as new
Installation Disclaimer
WAWA Lights is not responsible for installation errors, labor costs, or damages caused by improper installation. We strongly recommend using a licensed electrician or qualified professional for all lighting installations.

Limitation of Liability
WAWA Lights shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, including loss of profits, business interruption, or property damage.
